ABOUT ME!

I'm a self-taught, aspiring photographer. I've been addicted to photography for about 5 years now. I love it. My newest love is Photoshop (WOW). I'm just getting started in my new business. Just check out my portfolio & tell me what you think. I'm in the process of building my portfolio in hopes of starting a business sometime in the next year or two. I am a graphic designer for a local printing company. That is what I do full-time to pay the bills. But photography has always been my passion. I have been doing freelance photography for about 3-4 years now for friends and family. It was not until recently I have tried to pursue it as a job. Every day I learn something new and come up with new ideas. I would describe myself as ambitious and excited about photography. I place my faith & family as a priority in my life. I try to surround myself with people that are “down to earth” and have integrity. All that said, as you can see, I love photography. I want to do my best to create pictures that allow the inner beauty of the person to surface. My goal in my pictures is to show the person, the feeling, the mood, and the moment. For more information on pricing or scheduling your session, please see my blog or contact me at sandysmithphotography@yahoo.com.

I am strictly an on location photographer--meaning I will come to your home, or I will meet you at any outdoor location of your choice. I strive to get good quality and natural shots with each session. A session will last from 1 hour to 2 hours. With each session I will usually take over 100 pictures. Once the editing process is completed, I will provide you with a CD of all of the edited photos. All sessions include wardrobe changes. "Most special requests can be fulfilled". There are no hidden fees with me. I also offer a referral program--if you send me your friends and family, then you will get discounts off of your next session or free prints from your previous session. My mission is to have classic photos that can be cherished for generations by family and friends. My goal is to capture your moments and make them last a lifetime!
